Fees and Policies

Infinity strives to provide as affordable of a dance experience as we possibly can for both recreational and competitive dancers. We try to provide as many costs and due dates up front as possible so you know what to expect and can determine if our studio is right for your budget!

Monthly Tuition

Infinity Dance Studio prides itself on giving dancers a quality and affordable dance experience. Our tuition is charged as an annual fee divided into 10 monthly payments OR the total annual fee may be paid in full by September 5th with a 5% discount.

Please note there is NO LONGER an additional service fee added to each item through the online portal. At time of registration, you will be charged your first months tuition as well as half of our annual fee.

2023-2024 Monthly Tuition Schedule

30 minute class: $30/month OR Pay $285 in full by September 5th

45 minute class: $45/month OR Pay $427.50 in full by September 5th

60 minute class: $50/month OR Pay $475 in full by September 5th

90 minute class: $55/month OR Pay $522.50 in full by September 5th

To pay in full by September 5th for a 5% discount, first enroll in class and pay first month’s tuition plus 1/2 of our annual fee. Email us at infinitydancetopeka@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to pay in full and we will add the remaining amount to your account.

*NEW* Annual Fee (previously enrollment and recital fees)

Infinity Dance Studio charges a $60/dancer annual fee with a max of 3 annual fees per household. This fee is a combination of what was previously our enrollment and recital fees and a DSP Account Administration fee. Half our annual fee is due at the time of enrollment with the other half due on October 15th. Half of the fee is automatically added when registering for Fall classes. The other half will be posted with October tuition. The annual fee is non refundable for any reason.

Recital Fee

In lieu of a recital fee, Infinity’s recital will be ticketed. Pricing for reserved floor tickets and balcony general admission will be published as soon as it is set with TPAC.

Costume Fees

Dancers are required to purchase costumes for each of their dancers for our summer recital. Costume fees are due February 1st and are ordered that same day. Costumes for younger dancers range from $70-$80. Costumes for older and competition dancers range from $75-$95. Dancers will also need tights for some costumes which can be ordered and purchased at the studio for $20/pair.

Payment Policies

All enrollment, fees and tuition are processed through our online portal Dance Studio Pro (DSP).

AUTOPAY (PREFERRED METHOD): We encourage all dancers enrolling for our Fall season to enroll in autopay with a linked Bank Account. If an auto-payment fails and is not resolved by the 25th of the month, a $10 late fee will be added to your account.
MANUAL ONLINE PAYMENTS: Families can also pay online with a credit card or bank account each month. DSP does not save credit card information, so be prepared to type in your credit card or log into your bank account each month with this option. Payments must be made by the 15th of the month. Any payments not received by the 25th of the month (after a 10-day grace period) will incur a $10 late fee.
CASH OR CHECK: As of December 1, 2022 Infinity Dance Studio no longer accepts cash or check.

Dropping Classes

Infinity Dance Studio must be notified through written statement that a dancer is dropping a class 30 days prior to the next tuition due date. (i.e. If notification is received November 15th, December charges will be cancelled. If notification is received November 16th, December charges will be posted and tuition will be cancelled beginning in January.) Without written notification, payment with continue to post to accounts. The date written notification is received will serve as the date of notification.

Prorated Tuition

Tuition is figured as an annual fee and divided into 10 monthly payments. Our annual tuition is processed like a membership fee. Absences from classes do not result in tuition discounts. June tuition will be prorated if less than 32 class sessions are provided for any single class during the 23-24 season.

Refunds

Annual Fee and Costume Fees are all nonrefundable for any reason. For all requested refunds an above $60, a $30 + 3% processing fee is charged.

Late Fees

ALL tuition payments are due by the 15th of the month and will incur a $10 late fee if paid after the 25th of the month (after a 10 day grace period) for each late month.
